Count de Hoernle Student Village is provided to Palm Beach Helicopters through our association with the Palm Beach Community College.

Count de Hoernle Student Village offers privacy and community; each town home has four bedrooms that are individually assigned. Each bedroom includes a double bed, study desk with chair, a dresser, and closet. Each unit also includes two-and-a-half baths with private vanities. The residents share the town homes common area. They come fully furnished with a couch, a chair, entertainment center, dining table and chairs, coffee table, television w/ basic cable, high speed DSL and other amenities. Each unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer and boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, electric range, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.

Count de Hoernle Student Village offers true student housing. There is on-site security with a professional staff, gated entrances, emergency assistance, fire extinguishers, and smoke alarms provided to ensure the safety of all. There is also an Academic Resource Center with computers, academic programs, and study areas for all the residents. When students are not studying they are encouraged to participate in the educational, social, and service events to promote the community.
Count de Hoernle Student Village is conveniently located in the center of schools and local entertainment. There is a grocery store (Publix) within half a mile, and golf courses and nightlife are located within driving distances. The Student Village serves as temporary housing for Palm Beach Helicopters, The Breakers, Palm Beach Atlantic, Palm Beach Community College, The Florida Culinary Institute, and New England Tech.
